Run - 0.8 hours - 02/25/2008

Got up early this morning, decided to hit the road and do a quick 5 miler before going to work.
After the rain this weekend, the air is so clean and crisp, just wonderful to be out.
Since I’ve been running all these time without really “training” for a specific type of race, I got used to just do what my body feels comfortable doing. Today, I started thinking about my 10k course as I run and visualize what it would be like and what my goal will be. It’s a good start, and I have three month to do this.
