Running at the beach this morning.

I’ve been taking the easy way out in the past couple of weeks, just going to the gym and hop on the treadmill to get my run in. After Saturday running with the LA Leggers at the beach, I was reminded once again how much I love it and it is worth the effort.

It was a good running day, I feel quick and strong, my time was faster than normal. What a great start for a Tuesday!

    I love running outdoors. Right now that is all I can do. I have a friend who said she’ll take me to 24hr fitness anytime, but it seems to boring on a treadmill even though the only time I’ve ever been on one is at Road Runner getting customized for my shoes. LOL ;-) Wishing you great training!

    I would love to do some beach running! Thanks for the input on the sore knee thing. The hills and the early morning could have had something to do with it, but the shoes are nicely broken in and new (100 miles, and I love them). i think it may be over training as well…been hitting it pretty hard 6 days a week. Good luck with everything you got going as well!

    I’m jealous! We are still waiting for Summer here in Seattle. We had 2.1 inches of rain yesterday. I’d love to be running at the beach!
