Nike Town training run.

The route is tough, about 50% of it is hill at different level, I definitely felt it while I climbed. The downhill isn’t necessary easier, some part of it is so steep that I had to really hold back and tightened up my muscle so I don’t let my body go and my knees buckle. Tough run today, I kept it at a good pace throughout.

    The hard ones make you stronger mentally and physically, nice workout friend. You are doing great mileage and consistancy too. 30 day countdown stay healthy.

    Very nice workout. Sounds like you are prepared not only physicaly but mentaly for this run. You will do a good job you already are!
