Treadmill run, slow and easy.

I haven’t run since my marathon. Since I shaked out the soreness from spinning yesturday, I figured I go for a little run just to make sure this old body of mine still works. That the marathon on Sunday didn’t create any permanant damage. :)

I ran tentatively, taking inventory of how each part of my body feel as I ran.  My foot and ankle being the area of concern but everything seems fine and I was relieved.

After the run, I worked on ABs with a medicine ball for 15 minutes…huh!!! Life is good.  :)

    sounds like you are recovering well. I feel good now too and am back at it full-on.
